We use a Kwik Way FWII Boring Bar with small engine fixture stand. Cylinders are finished complete with cross hatching.

NOTE: Due to piston size discrepancies, we must have a piston(s) before boring can be completed. We can get you pistons or you can supply us pistons with your cylinders.
***Chrome, nikasil, and electrofusion-lined cylinders cannot be re-bored. If too much clearance or out-of-roundness exists, the cylinder must be replaced, re-plated, or sleeved with a cast iron liner. We offer sleeving in-house and the sleeve will require boring there after - CONTACT US via e-mail or call 231-861-2509 for more information***
Prices below are based on standard jobs up to .050" overbore. Larger overbores will be subject to an additional charge (ex. big bores, boring for sleeve fitment, etc.).
